Our shirt fabrics
The cotton used for our shirts comes from the world's finest farms. A significant portion of our collection is made from organic Supima cotton grown in the American Southwest. This rare extra-long staple (ELS) cotton represents less than 1% of the entire global ELS cotton production and features longer, finer, and more durable fibers. These qualities help give our shirts their unique, luxurious feel every time you wear them, year after year.

The next step in the creation of our men's shirts is weaving. We partner with the most renowned and reliable weavers in the industry, ensuring exceptional quality and impeccable drape. Working closely with some of the world's finest weavers, such as Albini and Canclini, we create the perfect fabric for every style and shirt. Our shirts are made in a variety of weaves, such as twill, poplin, and dobby.

All our men's shirts undergo an exclusive anti-crease treatment to stabilize the cotton fabrics. This process enhances the natural characteristics of the fibers, providing a smooth and durable finish.

Details of our quality men's shirts
Our story began in 1994 at a restaurant table in Florence, drawing inspiration from the majesty of this world-famous art city. Since then, with every decision we've made, we've remained true to our commitment to quality and style, evolving and perfecting our men's shirt collection.
An Oriali shirt is made up of approximately 40 different parts, and we use 12,000 extra-fine stitches in each. This means the stitches are denser than those of traditional shirts. In addition to the rigorously hand-cut and finished details, the sleeve and side seams are closed with a 3mm needle using the single-needle lockstitch technique. This meticulous approach ensures a smooth texture and excellent comfort every time you wear your shirt.
